Diamond Riddle
Hi, I’m Diamond Riddle—a proud U.S. Army veteran, Human Resources Specialist, and founder of VetThrive.

Transitioning to civilian life was tougher than I expected. I struggled to translate my military experience, land interviews, and manage financial stress. Over time, I uncovered tools that made all the difference—building a strong resume, navigating the job market, preparing for interviews, and finding grants and veteran support programs.

But support like that shouldn’t be so hard to access—especially after service.

That’s why I created VetThrive: to ensure veterans don’t face that journey alone.
